  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pinouts, and specifications for all our microcontroller boards, buffer PCBs, and electronics kits. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
  • DIY Nature: Many of our products (including the PICO IOT line and custom kits) are intended for prototyping, educational, and hobbyist purposes. They require a basic understanding of electronics to operate safely.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Safety and DIY Disclaimer

Important Safety Notice: Working with bare electronics, soldering equipment, and power supplies carries inherent risks. Thinking Robot is not liable for any injury, property damage, or equipment failure (such as frying a motherboard or connected device) resulting from improper wiring, short circuits, or misuse of our components.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including custom PCB designs, tutorial texts, Docusaurus knowledge base articles, graphics, and logos, is the property of Thinking Robot.
  • You may use our code snippets and tutorials for your personal projects, but you may not redistribute, repackage, or sell our proprietary guides or custom hardware designs without explicit permission.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns on un-soldered, unmodified, and unused components within 7 days of delivery.
  • Because of the delicate nature of microcontrollers and electronic components, we cannot accept returns on items that have been powered on, soldered, or damaged due to static electricity (ESD) or incorrect voltage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
